Within five years, Anthony will be the chef dietitian for a professional sports team. The first step on this path will be attaining his registered dietitian certification by completing a dietetic internship program. To further develop his culinary skills, Anthony will be enrolling in a culinary certificate program for the spring of 2016. 

In effort to achieve these goals, Anthony has been working with professional sports dietitians and chefs in athletic settings. Additionally, he makes it a point to remain well-informed of current nutrition research. 

Anthony is very passionate about food and sustainability. As a chef dietitian, he is able to comprehend scientific research and transform it into a plate of food. Anthony's goal is to blend all of his passions together and be the catalyst for the first professional sports team to have a medium scale produce farm at their training facility.
