Work Philosophy

I believe in hard, quality work, and a foundation based on respect. Respect for yourself, your peers, and everyone you come in contact with is the key to success. Because I believe that you can learn something from every individual you meet, it is important to be courteous and personable at all times.

I am a positive person and always look on the bright side of things no matter how bleak a situation may be. Some tasks I perform daily may be mundane and ordinary, but instead of approaching the task with a poor attitude, I always smile and remember how great life is. Often times a friendly smile can change someone’s entire day. Having a positive attitude increases productivity and keeps you on track throughout the day. It is important not to sweat the little problems in life that you cannot control. Take a deep breath, smile, and move on.

Flexibility, being resourceful, embracing others on your work team, balancing your workload, and constantly giving 110% effort are all principles I base my life on. The food and nutrition industry is evolving rapidly, and I am very enthusiastic and eager to contribute to this field as a professional.
